We, KLEAN, will be in AHR EXPO 2018, which show will be hold on 220-24 January, 2018. This is a international air-conditioning, heating, refrigerating exposition show. We will put one commercial ESP in this show, which can be used for cooking fume removal, coffee roasting dust collection etc.
This show is located in McCormick Place 2301 S King Dr, Chicago, IL 60616, America.
Will you be there to take a look of our machines, and you may can drink a cup of tea from China if you want.

Christmas is coming, but before the holiday, there is a show call Guangzhou Hotel Euipment and Supply Exhibition, this show will be hold in 13th -15th December, 2017 in China Import & Export fair complex, Guangzhou China.

It is a great new that Shanghaitex 2017 exhibition will be hold from 27th to 30th November 2017 in Shanghai, China, a show for textile industry machines and some other related products.
As the exhaust purifier for textile stenter machines, KLEAN ESP will be there also. Our conceptual machine will be here for reference. We would not put this conceptual machines into the market before we confirm the cleaning performance and smoke purification efficiency.

What’s a complete purification system?
Let’s start from “what is purifier”. Purifier is used for smoke cleaning, duct collection etc. You can see the purifier in the market like home purifier, car purifier etc. While, there are some different purifier, they are used for commercial fume purifier or industrial smoke cleaning, which we call electrostatic precipitator, bag filter and spray filter.
When you own a filter? How to complete the whole purification system?
First, you need to guide the polluted air into the ESP. Then, let the cleaned air back into the atmosphere. So, ducts is so important in the purification system.
So, how to control the air flow? By using exhaust fan!
Then the whole purification system almost finished. But shock cushion and flexible connection are also needed in the system.

We have a bold idea, it's creative.
Most of the supplier in the market are using big tube for industrial smoke purifier, with tube in diameter over 30 cm.
However, we, KLEAN, are using small tube for industrial smoke purifier before, with only 10 cm diameter tubes.
Moreover, we are now made another big change of the industrial smoke purifier, under another bold idea. The machines is already been made, will be show in the next expo in Shanghai, China.
Are you willing to see and check what the idea is? Our new machines in new structure will be there for you.

KLEAN ESP in U.S.
Our ESP has been used to textile fabrics processing mills which have heavy pressure of Pollution Board regarding pollution. Besides, our ESP can help user heat recovery. The temperature of exhaust air from Stenter must be lowered down to 60 degree before entering into our Industrial ESP to ensure high purification and safe working. So the hot water of heat exchanger can be reused as boiler inlet water or used to wash fabric, which will save much energy. The benefits will not only offset the running cost of the ESP system, but also take back the whole investment of the ESP system within about 1 year.
Our ESP had been sold to U.S. for textile smoke purifier, for more information please see the following installation pictures.

KLEAN ESP’s application range
How does KLEAN electrostatic air filter(ESP) work?
Theoretically speaking, ESP technologies are used for the purpose of removing particulate matters from gas streams by applying an electrostatic charge to the fume & mist particulate with electrons emitted from the cathode section of the high voltage electric field, and negative ions produced as a result of comingling and collision of electrons and air molecules.
Base on the operating principle, KLEAN ESP can be used in the following project for exhaust gas purifier and waste oil collection.
Cooking fume removal and cooking oil collection,
Textile stenter smoke purifier,
PVC/Vinyl glove/flooring/wallpaper/artificial leather gas cleaning and DOP oil collctor

KLEAN ESP for coffee roasting smoke purifier
KLEAN electrostatic precipitator(ESP) can be used for cooking fume purification, stenter smoke removal, DOP oil mist recovery, etc. While, Our ESP can be used for coffee roasting smoke purifier also.
For model selection, we needed to know some project information.
1. The air flow capacity of the coffee roaster - For KLEAN ESP’s model selection
2. The distance between ESP and the coffee roaster - For Exhaust fan and ventilation pipe model suggestion
