1. Range hood

A range hood with simple structure emitted the cooking fume by exhaust fan. This kind of air cleaner just for oil mist collection, with 0% purification efficiency.

1. hydro-vent scrubber

The hydro-vent scrubber uses chemical dosing and atomized water spraying to improve the efficiency. The purified air will be emitted by exhaust fan. The best purification efficiency of the hydro-vent scrubber is 30%~40%.

In a wet scrubber, the polluted gas stream is brought into contact with the scrubbing liquid, by spraying it with the liquid, by forcing it through a pool of liquid, or by some other contact method, so as to remove the pollutants. Then the exhaust fan will emit the purified air. Remove dust particles by capturing them in liquid droplets. It can deal with big particles, dust, but low efficiency for small one. For textile smoke, the efficiency can be only 30%-50%. If a scrubber system want to keep efficient, changing the water is inevitable each day.

1. electrostatic precipitator

An electrostatic precipitator (ESP), or electrostatic air cleaner is a particulate collection device that removes particles from a flowing gas (such as air) using the force of an induced electrostatic charge.

Use Oil-philic bacteria to disintegrate the oil mist. Special microbial pool is needed, microbial metabolism needs updated on a regular basis. This is the most Eco-friendly way to purify the cooking fume, which has 90% purification efficiency.
