Textile Air purifier

KLEAN Textile Air Filter (ESP) uses advanced electrostatic precipitator technology to purify smoke for textile fabric finishing (stenters), and also PVC leather/ gloves/ wallpaper/vinyl flooring production lines. Its oil mist purification efficiency is over 95%-99%, so no smoke can be seen at the outlet. For textile fabric processing industry, heat recovery can be done and some valuable oil can be collected to sell. For PVC production lines, much DOP oil will be collected and can be reused directly, which will take back the Electrostatic Air Filter (ESP) investment cost within one year. In these 23 years, our ESP is popular in China and customers from 66 countries are using our ESP and most of them are doing long-term cooperation with us.
Glad to share that on September 25th, 2014, one unit of KLEAN Electrostatic Stenter Smoke Filter (ESP) was shipped to Turkey to deal with Textile Stenter Smoke. In total 10 units of KLEAN Electrostatic Stenter Smoke Filters (ESP) have been sold to Turkey. Turkish customers feel quite satisfied with our Electrostatic Air Filter (ESP) and more and more Turkish textile mills will install our Electrostatic Air Filter (ESP) in future. Accoring to our customers’ demand, we made one (English version) for you to explain stenter exhaust air emission before and after installing our Industrial ESP based on one textile plant’s test report (Every textile plant in China will do stenter exhaust air test when they install smoke filter).
Emission concentration tested by turning on and turning off our Industrial ESP. The Particulate Emission Concentration is from 79.9mg/m3 to 7.62, 82.6 mg/m3 to 8.03mg/m3; Oil Mist Emission is from 86.5mg/m3 to 3.70mg/m3, 89.0mg/m3 to 4.26mg/m3. Therefore, we can see by using our ESP, the particulate removal efficiency is about 90% and oil mist removal efficiency is about 95%. Stenter Exhaust Air Composition is Organic Oil Vapors, Dyestuff Particulates, Finishing Auxiliary Mist, Lint and Dust. Please see below test report.

Textile auxiliary oil will be collected from stenter exhaust air purification. The collected textile auxiliary oil can’t be reused directly into customer production line but can be sold to oil recycling company or power plant. The collected oil can be used as thermo oil fuel, biodiesel raw material, power generation by power plant, etc., which will bring some economical benefit for user. Every day about 130kg textile auxiliary oil can be collected. If stenter exhaust smoke is heavy, of course, more oil can be collected in the real life. Some textile plants, collecting 300 kg oil or more is possible. In China, it's about 0.5 USD/KG if sell the collected oil. You can check your own local marketing price. Meanwhile, we can do hot water recovery which will help you save much cost after installing our ESP.
