Features

Driven by an exhaust fan located behind the system, smoke and other airborne impurities flow through the pre-treatment device for preliminary cooling and coarse filtration, then enter the multi-pass ESP filters, where submicron particles get charged and captured, leaving the processed cleaner air getting discharged into the atmosphere. Captured particles form larger droplets, flow down the filters under the influence of gravity to the drains of the ESP to be collected and put into other proper use. 






The High frequency digital HV Power Pack and its control circuit is independently designed and its intellectual property rights wholly owned by KLEAN. 

This power pack excels in strong power output and high energy utilization, and features a series of consummate operation and protection functionalities, such as soft start-up, constant current output, arc extinction and auto re-position, repeat arcing protection, HV open circuit protection, HV short circuit protection, overload protection, transformer overheat protection, etc.

There is a MCU in place that records ESP working data which in a way reveals the cleanness of the filters and the stability of the operation, and a controller for the setting of optimal working conditions based on those data. This helps to strike a balance between the safe operation and the optimal collection efficiency of the ESP, and is likely to prolong the manual cleaning cycle of the system.
