Our 2016 series of industrial is specially designed for handing fume from dyeing and finishing. Some types of textile fume contain much wax and batt which would easily block the filter cells.
This machines is now service in Chinese Market, after months operational observation, we will put it into the international market.
ESP in below picture is a test unit for a cotton production line in 2014,the surface of filter cells covered with wax.
1. Spraying water system: cool the hot fume and filter the larger particulates.
2. Steam cleaning: using high-temperature vapor to clean the filter cells automatically.
3. Filter cells are put in Vertical direction which make collected grease easily self-drain down to the bottom.
4. Cathode needle is fixed at both ends in order to prevent cathode needle deviating from the center of the anode tube, and linear cathode needles ensure the filter cleaning cycle is extended by 3-6 times longer than that in the domestic industry.
From the below picture, this filter cells have been used for about 3 month without cleaning, you can see oil covers the tube but there is no grease deposits inside the tube.
Case for you to study our auto-cleaning device
Here is a textile factory which installed our 2016 series ESP. This factory is producing insulation material, the fume from this process is very complicated because of the thick wax.
1.The collected wax and grease:
2.ESP installed on site:
3.In this factory, filter cells are cleaned automatically once every 8 hours, pls compare the filter cells before and after auto cleaning from following photos.
Even though ESP is equipped with auto-cleaning device, we suggest our client manually clean the filter cells once or twice a year, because except the filter cells, other components would become dirty after long-time usage.
